Candidate #12: Raul Garcia. Republican Party.

Overall impression: An accomplished Doctor who escaped Cuba at a young age, and the first Latinx candidate in this race. I’m not getting much of an impression of what or how he will lead as Governor other than the Republican line of cutting taxes no matter what, and vague promises of collaboration. I don’t understand how any non old white man can follow the Republican Party these days. Trump and the Republicans across the country have shown time and time again that cutting services, cutting taxes on the rich, opening their states early in quarantine doesn’t work. Has he ignored how Trump has supported the KKK?
