Chicken Adobo for the soul

The onions sliced, and the garlic and ginger. This is more ginger than you need in this recipe.

Slice the onions as pictured. Set aside for now. Turn the chick thighs over and cook 8-10 minutes.

Time to check the chicken

I forget to take a picture of the turned chicken. What you want is for it to look like this.

Set aside the cooked chicken and put the sliced onions in the pot. Turn down heat to medium. Cook 8 minutes.

Add the chicken, garlic and ginger to the pot and stir. Cook the for 2 minutes while you measure the sauce liquids.
