I feel trapped in my life

Trapped living where I am and unable to escape.

Trapped in this stupid, evil country.

Trapped in my body due to long Covid and autism.

Trapped in this body because I’m ugly, stupid, and with low EQ.

Trapped alone because I don’t feel needed or that my thoughts or needs are important.

Trapped because I’m poor and don’t have the means to change things.

Trapped in this world full of greedy, genocidal capitalists.

Trapped in a life where I’m at the mercy of external circumstances.

Trapped without healthy feedback or situations to challenge or support positive thoughts or patterns.

Trapped, isolated and worthless.

“I used to think the worst thing in life was to end up all alone. It’s not. The worst thing in life is to end up with people who make you feel all alone.” Robin Williams.

Hey just stopping in after a long time and wanted to wish you well and hope things get better for you. Resistance has been talking to you it looks like. It wants you to think you do not have choices and it wants to destroy you. I give you permission to do something kind today. A thing that you would be proud of. Maybe some thing of kindness for another. That might be a way to counteract what resistance is telling you. I do hope things get better!Best wishes!Al Wayman.I am putting up a wood kiln and have no idea what I am doing. It’s been a 3 year project and I am 75% done with it. At times projects can take a long time.“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”― Viktor E. Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning

    1. Thank you Al. This is dead on to what I was in a couple of days ago. Mired in resistance. I’m starting to feel better since then, but its been slow. So I’ll think of a way to do that probably tomorrow when I’m back to feeling healthier.

  3. We’ve known you a long time, Linda and I, and i have to say – YOU ARE NOT WORTHLESS!!!
    – We know you to be Good, Kind and Creative. Not to mention Intelligent and Articulate.
    – Your value as a person comes from Who You Are! Not what you do.
    And, you are not alone…
